- Balance can be paid within 20 days before departure (instead of 30 days);
- Cancellation for health emergency Covid-19 : possibility of deposit refund;
- Voucher seasons 2020-21 : possibility to obtain a voucher equal to the value of the deposit paid.
Cancellation for health emergency Covid-19, can only be applied if our area is listed by our government as a risky destination or if the customer comes from a risky zone and it is not allowed to land in our country. Furthermore, if the new period will be subjected to a price increase or there is a higher season rate, the additional cost will be at customer charge.
